About Jordi Zaragozá
Career and Philosophy
A career built on clinical practice, experience, and curiosity
For over thirty years, my professional career has centered on clinical osteopathy, combining patient care with teaching and professional training. At the same time, a significant part of my journey has been linked to high-performance sports, working alongside athletes and teams in national and international competitions.
Clinical experience has also raised many questions. That curiosity and the need to scientifically evaluate what we observe in practice have progressively led me toward research, which today forms a major part of my professional work and shapes my understanding of how osteopathy evolves.
My experience has taught me that the body has an enormous capacity to adapt when provided with the right resources

Understanding the person, not just the symptom.
My training in osteopathy has always been tied to clinical practice and the need to better understand what I observe every day in my consultations. Over the years, I have continued to expand my academic and professional education, incorporating new perspectives and tools into my approach to osteopathy.
Teaching has also been a crucial part of this journey. For over a decade, I have been involved in training osteopaths, particularly in the areas of methodology and osteopathic reasoning. Teaching forces you to organize your thoughts, justify your decisions, and question what you do; this is likely why it has so profoundly influenced my own professional development.

A Passion for High Performance
High performance: a laboratory for adaptation
High-performance sports have been a part of my professional career for over thirty years.
I have worked across many sports disciplines—primarily in the world of motorsport, but also in tennis, cycling, and others—supporting athletes and teams in some of the most demanding arenas of international competition.
In recent years, my focus has been on official teams in the World Rally Championship and the Dakar Rally, where I have participated in 14 editions working with top-tier drivers and teams. I have also collaborated with athletes from other disciplines and professional organizations where every single detail can make a difference.
Working in these environments has also been an extraordinary source of learning. Competition forces you to observe, decide, and adapt under maximum pressure—an experience that has deeply influenced my understanding of both performance and clinical practice.
