Clinic
The Practice
A space dedicated to clinical osteopathy
My practice is located in the Edifici Plaça, Carrer Sant Salvador, 10, 2n – 9, AD500 Andorra la Vella. Situated right in the city center, it is an easily accessible area surrounded by amenities.
Located directly across from the new Andorra Telecom building and just a few meters from Meritxell Avenue and the main downtown thoroughfares, the clinic offers a spacious, quiet environment. It is fully equipped to provide the time and privacy each person needs for their clinical care.
Its location is easily accessible on foot or by car, with several public and private parking facilities nearby.

What to expect during a consultation
An hour to listen, observe, examine, and treat
A consultation lasts approximately one hour. It begins with a clinical interview (anamnesis) to discuss your reason for visiting, your medical history, and any other information that helps me understand the context in which your signs and symptoms have developed.
Next, I perform a clinical observation and physical examination. This is typically done with the patient in their underwear to allow for an accurate assessment of posture, movement, and the specific anatomical structures relevant to each case.
Based on the information gathered, I establish a clinical focus: seeking to understand what might be driving the body’s response and why that response is manifesting as specific signs or symptoms.
Treatment is strictly hands-on (manual). Through osteopathic intervention, my goal is to encourage a more functional response from the body, continuously observing and reassessing the changes that occur throughout the session itself.

Clinical Practice
An individualized osteopathic practice based on the assessment of each person.
Clinical Osteopathy
Each person needs to be understood within their own context
The same symptom does not necessarily indicate the same underlying issue. People with seemingly identical problems can have vastly different medical histories, daily demands, and bodily responses.
That is why my work begins with active listening and thorough assessment. The goal is to understand the relevant factors in each case and design a truly individualized approach.
My clinical practice is built on accumulated experience, clinical reasoning, and available scientific evidence. By observing how each person responds, I can effectively guide the ongoing course of treatment.

What osteopathy means to me
A way of understanding and treating the person through structure and function
After more than thirty years of clinical practice, I view osteopathy as a way to observe, interpret, and manually treat the relationship between the body’s structure and its function.
When treating a patient, I do not merely look for the location of the symptom. I try to understand why their body is responding in that specific way, what factors are contributing to this response, and which of those factors I can address through manual treatment.
To me, this is one of the greatest contributions of osteopathy: formulating a highly individualized clinical approach and using hands-on intervention to observe the body’s response, guiding it toward better overall function.
